A gentle, child-centred approach that helps children express, process and heal through play.
About the Service:
Play therapy is a specialised therapeutic approach designed to support children who may struggle to express themselves verbally. Through guided play, creative activities and storytelling, children are able to explore emotions, process experiences and develop healthier coping skills. The therapy space becomes a safe environment where children feel understood, supported and empowered. Play therapy is particularly effective for children experiencing emotional, behavioural or developmental challenges, trauma, anxiety, family changes, or difficulties at school. Lize works gently at each child’s pace, building trust and emotional safety while guiding growth and healing.
